I have just come back from a visit to the Philippines. On my first morning in Manila I had the joy of meeting Darrow Miller over breakfast at the guest house we both were staying at. Darrow is the author of the book ‘Discipling Nations’ and is the co-founder of the Disciple the Nations alliance. As we talked and I shared about my vision for the Kingdom we found we had a common heart for the mission to which the church has been called.
It was a providential meeting and I trust will give opportunity for us to link in with like-minded organisations and individuals around the world.

What a joy to return to the Philippines after many years – they are a wonderful warm, hospitable and God conscious people. I spoke on the Kingdom at the Covenant Renewal Church in Manila and these sessions were recorded for future use. The Philippines is about to have their national elections and one of the candidates for President is a strong Christian leader called Bro Eddie.
In the lead up to the elections 15,000 Christians gathered for 3 days of prayer and fasting in Manila. This saw churches come together in unity and ended with senior leaders who had been at odds with each other washing each other’s feet on the final night. You can see a video of this on You Tube
Then I went down to Negros and spent a week working with a team led by Roy Funu from the Solomons(see photo). We worked with a movement called the March of Faith and saw a great response to the message of the Kingdom along with open air rallies at night. It is possible that I will be invited back to speak at their national conference next April.
So a wonderful and fruitful time as we join with our brothers and sisters in praying that God will move in significant ways amongst this nation with its call to be a light into Asia.
From a business perspective we now have a new Account Manager in Manila – Jimmy Ching who is one of the pastors from the church in Manila.

I have just received my invitation to participate in the Awakening the Nations convention in the Solomons at the end of June. This is the vision of Roy Funu and has been endorsed by both Solomon Islands Christian Association (SICA) and Solomon Islands Full Gospel Association (SIFGA), the two umbrella Christian Associations in the Solomon Islands.
In addition the Government is giving its support with the event being opened by the Governor General and closed by the Prime Minster. So it is a wonderful opportunity to promote the Kingdom amongst significant church and government leaders.
